Your customers can attach files (eg. an invoice or bill) when completing payment requests. You can download these attachments in the requests area of your Plastiq Accept account.
- Select get paid on the navigation sidebar. Then, click requests.
- Select a payment request from your list. A panel showing the payment request details will be displayed on the right-hand side.
- All attached files associated with this payment request will be shown in the space labeled attachments. Click a file name to begin downloading the attachment.
