How has the pay flow changed?
A: We’ve reduced the steps involved with making a payment from 10 steps to just 5.You now select a payment method before choosing your payment’s delivery date.
How have payment delivery options changed?
A: You’ll first see our two most popular options: 1) the first FREE date you can send payment and 2) the FASTEST option and cost. You can still view the calendar to select a different delivery date:
If I’m using Plastiq Accept to get paid by card, what’s changing for me?
A: Your payment links will not change and there’s no action you need to take, other than to enjoy the new Plastiq look.
How does the My Team feature work?
A: You can assign team members different roles for managing your Pay and Get Paid transactions. Coming soon: additional levels of control for managing users.
How can I view the status of my payment?
A: Once you’ve submitted a payment, you will be able to see the status of your payment on the Scheduled tab.
